The SRC Sánchez Romero Carvajal Ham is a 100% Iberico Bellota Pata Negra produced in Jabugo, where tradition and expertise have been preserved for more than 140 years. Each piece comes from purebred Iberian pigs, raised freely in the dehesa and fed exclusively on acorns during the montanera.
