The acorn-fed Iberian tenderloin, also known as "lomito de presa", is one of the most precious and juicy pieces of Iberian pork due to the flavor of its meat and its infiltrated fat. Only one "Iberian lomito" of just about 500g can be extracted from each pork. which makes it such an exclusive gourmet product.
Our Iberian Presa Lomito comes from 100% Iberian breed pigs fed with "Premium Quality" acorns, cured and seasoned in the natural drying rooms of Cortegana in the Sierra de Aracena (Andalusia, Spain), whose winery belongs to the Protected Designation of Origin of Jabugo.
