Since 1940, Jamones Lazo has been crafting 100% natural acorn-fed Iberian hams and shoulders in the heart of the Sierra de Huelva, within the natural surroundings of the Aracena and Picos de Aroche Natural Park. Each piece is slowly cured in the cellars of Cortegana, where the mountain air and time shape a product of exceptional quality.
The Lazo brand exclusively produces acorn-fed hams and shoulders, available in both 50% Iberian and 100% Iberian Bellota. Among its most select range, the DOP Jabugo products stand out, undergoing a longer and more demanding curing process that enhances their natural balance and flavor.

The LAZO Acorn-Fed Pata Negra Ham 100% iberico is certified with D.O.P. Jabugo and the Black Seal. Cured for more than 36 months in natural cellars, it offers a deep flavour and the highest guarantee of origin.
