In this category you will find the finest collection of Iberian shoulders from Huelva, produced by brands belonging to the Denominación de Origen Protegida (D.O.P.) Jabugo. We offer all certified shoulders from Lazo, Cinco Jotas, Pedro Enrique and Sánchez Romero Carvajal, among others.
Our shoulders come from Iberian pigs raised in dehesas, fed with acorns and natural pastures or selected feeds. Due to their smaller size, shoulder curing is shorter than ham curing (approximately 18 to 30 months), resulting in a more intense flavor and a greater marbling of fat in the slice.
